Our company specializes in providing a weekly inspection with fortnightly report detailing, meter reading, electrical appliances switched off, windows and shutters secure.  RPM will carry out a visual internal and external inspection so you can sleep easy knowing your property is being cared for in your absence.

As soon as rental clients leave, we do a full inspection for any damage and make sure that all utilities are switched off and the property is secure.  It is not uncommon for clients to vacate the property without checking that such things as bathroom heaters, heated towel rails, lights and water heaters are left switched on, using vast amounts of electric.

RPM provide a bill payment service to cover your utilities and other monthly commitments relieving the pressure and worries of owning an overseas property.
